hmm are you sure you are not looking at wrong part of the log? Let's get more info...
Can you pls make sure
1. you have made changes to domain.xml when DAS was stopped.
2. you don't see any trace of the 169.154.... address in any of the <jmx-connecotr> elements in your domain.xml
3. clean the DAS log before the rerun and attach the log of the new run to this thread.
I will take a look at the log to understand this better.
