Prepare a sun-resources.xml file and feed it to Glassfish.
I'm not sure of the command to make Glassfish absorb this file but
from Netbeans [In an Enterprise Application] you place this file in
the /EA/setup folder and when you deploy the configuration file (pools
and jdbc-resources) are loaded.
