I'll be completely honest w/ you - I know nearly nothing about AS/400 and have never worked within the environment before. There are a handful of folks here in the IT dept. that have specialized in it for decades but we're not building anything new with it. I'm simply trying to access and display "legacy" data.

The fields are not "keyed" according to my co-worker but there are in fact unique fields - the data is unique but there are no specific constraints or keys set on the fields.

So that's good news, I can manually set an @Id on those fields...it's just unfortunate then, that I can't generate entities from the tables through Netbeans because it doesn't find any primary keys - some of these tables have dozens of fields!
