In order to give a little more time for a few remaining issues to be
ironed out, we are delaying the release candidate build promotion for
build 09b for the ur1 until Friday morning.
For the remaining identified and approved issues, checkins will need to
come in by 11.59 pm 11/29/07 (i.e. before midnight tomorrow night)
