As John mentioned, Halcyon has SunMC modules for App7/8, and 9.x/GlassFish is due out soon.

Also, enough customers have asked to track more detailed JVM stats that we're making a module for that as well. Not only does it inherit all the alarming features of SunMC, but it uses the graphing engine as well (i.e. memory use over time). Some screenshots here:
