Did you try CLI i.e. asadmin deploy command, what was the outcome. Any information that will help us to debug this further i.e. any log file mesgs. or you can even file an issue in issue tracker with the application attached. You can file an issue at https://glassfish.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectIssues, please make sure you've attached your application with this, or let us know how to reproduce this.
