This more related to the code that Netbeans generates.
But if you look at the code that NB creates for you (which you can't see in the Project view, but you can in the File view of the IDE), you'll notice that the URL is compiled in as a default, but there's a constructor you can call which will take the URL.
Just look at the generated code, and it should be evident what you need to do.
