Could you post the build no. of appserver you are using

Could you ensure that the jdbc-resource is enabled on cluster.
enabled on all targets will display the status for selected targets (server is by default). You have to explicitly add the "cluster" target through "manage-targets" and ensure that it is in "selected-targets"
