Of course :)

On the left navigation tree, select
Configuration -> HTTP Service,
The right content frame has several tabs, the last one says "HTTP File Cache"
Go to that tab, and
- check the checkbox for "Globally Enabled" and
- Select File Caching enabled to 'True'.
