As you may already know, GlassFish relies on shoal for clustering. Due to time constraints Shoal 1.0, did not expose setting up virtual multicast channels, which would enable cross sub-net/FW/V-LAN deployment. However, we are currently working on enabling it in Shoal, then subsequently in GlassFish. We would definitely welcome early adopter testing and verification help.
