The only exception in the log says that you have 2 applications that use the jndi name: "Jndi name [com.qsp.e6.ui.request.TxController] for bean [TxControllerBean] is already in use.". You either need to fix it or undeploy both apps, then deploy the one you intend to test.
What other problems do you see?
