Yes you must still copy the three jar files to glassfish/lib and load moudles
LoadModule log_config_module modules/mod_log_config.so
LoadModule proxy_ajp_module modules/mod_proxy_ajp.so
LoadModule proxy_module modules/mod_proxy.so
and if you still get that error check your JAVA_HOME is set if you look at my original post that is the problem i was first having. I set min in /etc/environment
