The URIs you suggested must be correct as they match the logs for an outbound call from my SJphone softphone.
My VoIP provider which is British Telecom (BT) should have a standard configuration on their system as I am able to make outbound calls by phones from two different vendors (SJphone softphone and Linksys SPA901 SIP phone)
But when I try by Servlet, I get error messages something similar to following:
[b]“Cannot resolve path to bmnhb-02.bt.com”
“UnknownHostException”
“SocketException”[/b]
But I have not used the data of “SIP Outbound Proxy Address” with Servlet and I don’t know how to use this data in an INVITE request.
Any further help in this issue is greatly appreciated.
