Unzip this.
Copy the Struts 2 jar files (specified by JARs_To_Add.txt) to WEB-INF\lib folder
Then try:

asadmin deploydir --contextroot xyz C:\xyz

This is a bare bones simple Struts 2 app that runs fine on Glassfish v2.
