You should be using JavaConfig class as documented at:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/nonav/javaee5/amx/javadoc/com/sun/appserv/management/config/JavaConfig.html

Let me know if you don't know how to access JavaConfig Object.
It should be straightforward.
