Hi, i'm trying to pass the hash '#' character (amonst others) via a webservice (soap). However the parameters passed into the ws function have everything after the hash removed.
Is there any way of changing the character encoding so that it is accepted or change what i pass so that it gets decoded as a hash by the time it reaches my function
