There's recently been a change to the URIs for message exchanges (i.e. InOut, InOnly, etc.). The error you're getting indicates that Glassfish is using one version and the BPEL service engine is using the other. We're resolving the disconnect but I'm not sure in which build it will be resolved; should be 1-2 days at most. Perhaps someone else can offer a more accurate delivery date?
