Looking for suggestions of a database system to use.
Need one compatible with the java persistence API, preferably OpenSource or at least free, clustering in the sense that it can exist on multiple machines, can survive arbitrary machine failure, preferably that it scales with the more computers that you add to it at run-time.
Does such a magical database exist?
