When you create the JDBC Connection Pool, the info like that needs to be added to in the 'Additional Properties' table at the bottom of the page.
If you have created a JDBC Connection Pool without specifying the info, you will need to add or correct this kind of info on the 'Additional Properties' tab for the CP that you defined.
Click on the 'Add Property' button. Then add or correct the properties for those values.
Note: Most of the drivers use unique, case-sensitive, vendor specific names for these properties... You may need to google them up... Especially for drivers that aren't part of the "knownn set".
