Sorry folks, I don't have a presentation. But the spec is pretty
accurate apart from few subtle changes that have been made
recently and I will talk about them tomorrow. I will also update
the spec to that effect in a couple days.
I guess I will give a brief overview of what this is all about and
then we can proceed to have a Q&A session.
