the big one for me. If I could get my attached maven application to
access Oracle I could use Embedded.

This one is resolved and should be put in some docs.
I spoke to Ludo about doing this and suggested where to put it.

I am not sure about the above two as I have not encountered them. It seems
Embedded can's access MySQL or Oracle which is very serious.
I've just voted for the above two issues.
