Hi Wu,
Where did you install the driver ? If you didn't install it under domains/domain1/lib, can you try to install there and see if it fixes the problem ? If not, please file a bug against "jdbc".
Problem #2 that you saw is issue# 10278 which has been fixed. This occurs only on IE. You can use another browser while waiting for b71 or you can use 10/30 nightly build.

I used SQL Server 2008 and Oracle 11g.
I encountered some problems when created conneciton pool.
[Problem 1]
The Datasource Classname can not be extracted from jdbc driver automatically.
Please refer to the attched pic1 and pic 2 for the detail.
[Problem 2]
An error messagebox will be popup when tick a property or a resource.
