v2 -> v3 compatibility model

Hi Cats,

Glassfish v3 is more restrictive, than v2. V3 follows more strictly
the Java EE standard, and v2 was more loose. The problem: some of non-
standard v2 apps cannot be deployed to v3. This causes some trouble
for migration projects.

My suggestion: v2-compatibility mode should be the default (or at
least configurable to be so), and the v3 strict mode a verification
option...
