Dwarakanath,
You can simply stop/remove the existing domain1 using
*/home/dj228038/glassfish-v2.1/bin/asadmin stop-domain domain1
**/home/dj228038/glassfish-v2.1/bin/asadmin delete-domain domain1
and then invoke ant setup-cluster.xml to setup a domain supporting clusters.
