Hi Rahul,
This is a limitation in build 45 and will be for build 46.   The reason is due to the grizzly integration to  GF.
In order to provide the launch link,  I need to know the port number of http listener, and this information is not available until GUI catches up with the changes in the backend.  Thus, there is no launch link until then.
