FYI. Build 45 is promoted, but on Unix platforms (*.sh) the user will
not be able to install updatetool as in build 44 (issue 7232
<https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7232>). On the
Mac, although updatetool is able to install successfully, it is unable
to launch (issue 7933
<https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7933>). On
Windows (*.exe) the user will run into blocking issue 7194
<https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7194> (41% hang)
and will not be able to install.
