There are 3 more Enhancement in Installation window may be:
- Don't allow "MAXIMIZE" button in the installation Window., see the screen-shot (maximize.png). During installation Progress, it's look weird
- Only resize "Licence Window's Panel".
- There is no information in any installation window which shows, which build you are installing.

Yes, I have observed that too.You can resize the installation window.You can file a bug for that.
