Thanks Kedar for suggesting the jvm-options commands.
I just tried
%asadmin create-jvm-options "-Dhttp.proxyHost=myproxy.mydomain"
%asadmin create-jvm-options "-Dhttp.proxyPort=8080"
It works fine. I confirmed that with both list-jvm-options command and
checking the domain.xml file
Survivant, Please use the CLI for the time being.
