Thanks Snjezana so much for joining the quality alias to help the
students here !

Rahul, would you be able to look into Snjezana's question "Did you
shutdown your GF server process before uninstallation? "
to try to dig into a bit more to see why restart the PC is needed, it
should not need to according to Snjezana.
