Gurnoorinder,
Are you still using glassfish v3 prelude ?. Please use the latest
builds
http://download.java.net/glassfish/v3/promoted/ and make sure
that before you attempt to start the server there are no other appserver
processes running. Also send us the server.log when the server starts to
fail.
