Hi Miro,
Netbean Dev (version 6.5) does not support Enterprise Application (ear
file) for Glassfish V3.
To deploy an Enterprise Application you need to use Glassfish V2
Below is the Netbean 6.5 RC Release note for components it supports and
does not support.
