Thanks for asking the process :-)
When you know for sure it is a bug, you can just log the bug provide all
the needed info and also
do some quick checking in IssueTracker to see if the bug is already
filed of not. If you are not
sure if it is a bug or not, also if you don't know if a bug is already
filed or not, then you can send
email to quality alias first.
