if you want to do directory deployment, click Applications-->Web
Applications--> from Deploy Web Application page, choose "Local packaged
file or directory that is accessible from the Application Server" -->
click "Browse folders" --> then pick the folder "hello" in your case ,
then deploy
it should work, give a try please.
