Simple change to
  src/java/oracle/toplink/essentials/internal/ejb/cmp3/JavaSECMPInitializer.java

Tested with entity-persistence-tests and Oracle-internal tests

Description:
 Internal static weaving testing using the -Dtoplink.weaving=static option
were failing as this option was ignored.
