Hi Ivan,
It may also be useful to enable some more logging in TopLink
Essentials by adding the following property to your persistence.xml file.
<property name="toplink.logging.level" value="FINEST"/>
Depending on how far your persistence unit gets in its initialization,
that may result in us seeing some information in the log.
