I think I've found a regression when using java2db outside the
container. All the tables except the generator table
(ORDER_SEQUENCE_GENERATOR) are created when using drop-and-create-tables
in my app.

I'm using:
SDK 5.0_03 b06 Feb. 7th nightly
TopLink Essentials - 2006.8 (Build 060830)
NetBeans 5.5.1 200702060600

I've attached the NetBeans 5.5 project for the stand-alone version of
Order so others can reproduce the bug.

Mitesh Meswani confirmed the error.
