I'm uncertain how the requested project ended up as a subproject of
Glassfish, but
it is not approved yet and therefore no one other than those assigned
roles by the
project owner can use the project resources.
Let me know of the intent with the project and/or take the appropriate
action
of approving it OR moving it into the glassfish-inbox (given the state
of limbo
it is in being unapproved, it should reside in the inbox until it is
approved).
