jndi.properties is inside $glassfish.home/lib/appserv-rt.jar. You will
need to have at least javaee.jar and appserv-rt.jar in the client's
classpath. The best practice is to use the no-arg constructor for
InitialContext so the jndi.properties inside appserv-rt.jar will be
picked up...
