The thoroughly revised "Configuring the Generic JMS Resource Adapter for External JMS Providers" section and the new "Creating Using the Generic JMS RA with WebLogic JMS " section in the "Administering JMS" chapter of the "GlassFish 3.1 OSE Administration Guide" are ready for review at:

The "Configuring the Generic JMS Resource Adapter for External JMS Providers" section has been reorganized and fleshed out to better explains how to access and use GenericJMSRA with 3rd-party JMS providers. And within this section, the new "Creating Using the Generic JMS RA with WebLogic JMS" subsection contains detailed instructions on how to configure GenericJMSRA to enable applications in Oracle GlassFish Server to send messages to, and receive messages from, Oracle WebLogic JMS.
