What I'm assuming (not yet completely confirmed by engrng) is that
everything that was in prelude is in EA.
That 3/30/9 list is not complete. boo. I've queried Sreeni on when it
will be complete.

I don't think engineering has kept up with the milestone pages, so doubt
they are much use to us in relation to user tasks.

The closest truth is the CLI commands list (even though it's not
complete). If a command is on that list, then it will be in EA, and it
needs to be documented (in a manual, online, man page, whatever). Most
of the commands were in Prelude, so you will already have them doc'd in
the OLH.

Here are the ones that were not in Prelude for the Admin Guide (listed
by ID on Sreeni's list):
43-51
81-83
91-93
118-124
Plus, others that some engineers are asking Sreeni to add
(get-client-stubs, list-timer). I think we will need to look at this
list again after all the feedback.
