Please find attached in PDF format the 8th draft of the v3 TP2
QSG. This draft contains a few minor fixes, particularly to the
instructions on using the Admin Console GUI. I've really got to
wrap up this document ASAP, so please give me your comments by
this Friday, April 25th.
