Could you provide more detail on the steps needed to reproduce this?
It appears as though you had B24 installed, then updatetool notified you
of updates to B25, and you applied the updates. Did updatetool prompt
for a restart? Did you quit updatetool then try from the command line?
Also, if the system is still in this state could you try to run:
/Applications/glassfishv3-prelude/updatetool/UpdateTool.app/Contents/MacOS/Upd
atetool
and tell me what error it reports?
And finally, where are you getting your GlassFish builds from? I want
to make sure I grab the exact same stuff when I try to reproduce this.
