GlassFish 4.0 branch is ready and open for approved check-ins:

*Please, note that it's not allowed to commit in the trunk currently.
*I will send another notification when the trunk will be ready and open
for check-ins (most likely COB today CET, or tomorrow morning CET).

*Note: if you put in a change in 4.0 branch before the trunk is
re-opened, you will be responsible for porting it to the trunk.
