Could please someone review the attached patch set?

It is for Jersey 2.0 final release integration.

Plus https://java.net/jira/browse/GLASSFISH-20444
is fixed as the bug was blocking Jersey integration.
The system bundle fragment was added as suggested
by Sahoo.
