Can you first update the one pager to make this part clear (URI should
be resolved by the deployuri command running in the DAS, i.e., the file
should not be downloaded by the client)?

Then you can do a prototype based on this one pager to see if everything
would work ok, and then we can schedule an asarch meeting for the one
pager review. Based on the comments we get, you can make updates to the
prototype and then check in the feature.
