A friendly reminder that 3.1.2 HCF build/promotion is scheduled for
01/10/2012.
As you are aware, we have been in change control since SCF and will
tighten the screw
further after HCF by allowing fixes only for release stoppers.

Please wrap up integrating the approved changes before *01/09/2012 11:59
PM PST* and
continue to scrub the incoming bugs.
