Hi Tom,
I realize there will be impact on startup performance and discussed this
with Shreedhar and Rajiv. They are aware of this and think it will be
fine for Sprint1.
My plan is to fix this with an adapter after Sprint 1 so that it will be
loaded only if user wants to use the paas console.
