It's caused by svn rev 45969. This one took a while to figure out since
the log message states "Adding developer details" and the file committed
are pom files. Looks like the changes are not just related to developer
details, a maven-replacer-plugin is added and it's causing some issues.

I've reverted this commit and QL is now back to normal.
