The good news is there will not be a Bug Swat meeting on Tuesday. We
have no new stoppers and the remaining P1's are likely to be cleared
without the need for another build.
The bad news is we found a serious issue (15967) that needed to be
addressed which means we are generating RC4 tonight.
This may be the last change required for 3.1.
