It's changing again. In order for us to better evaluate the risk and
timing of the final changes for the 3.1 release candidate we have added
four additional questions to be provided when submitting a Change Request:
How long has the bug existed in the product?
Do regression tests exist for this issue?
Which tests should QA (re)run to verify the fix did not destabilize
GlassFish?
When will a tested fix be ready for integration?
The template on the Change Control page has been updated with the
additional questions:

When resolving an issue for the next release candidate please use
version 3.1_b41 which is now in JIRA.
